plus when i use we mod the fps on npcs becomes too low

now im using flings rdr2 trainer without the we mod and everything is fine

i did my setup is 4090 with i9 1400k and 32 gigs of ram
the issue is with the wemod rdr2 mods
other games works fine with with wemod

the mods are working fine but i cant play it on fullscreen plus activating the wemod seems to lower the fps of npcs

i did after that the fullscreen issue got fixed but not the lower fps on npcs
