Well, more Info's would be Great.

Where did you buy the Game?
Did you checked your Game-Files for any Error/Missing parts?
Did you try to disable the Overlay from Wemod?

Can you disable it for now? once done, Please try to find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC. Also, delete WeMod from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.

Download and install the WeMod offline installer: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

Then try running the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions. See if it helps.

No worries thanks for sharing the video! try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Installed Files. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps.
