Hi! May I know where did you purchase your game from?
Steam. I checked that the steam version is also selected in the wemod app
It has worked before, it just stopped working about 6 weeks ago or so
Have you tried launching the game initially and waiting until you can freely navigate within the game world before opening the mods by clicking PLAY on the WeMod app? If that doesn’t work, try launching the game first, and once you are on the main menu, open the mods by clicking PLAY again.
Yes, tried at title screen and in a running game. Gives the same error.
I posted back then (6weeks ago) on the discussion board link in the app, and others had the same issue. I didn't realize there is a discord and am seeing if I can get someone to corroborate what I am seeing

None. Just basic windows security. Nothing 3rd party
Can you disable your Windows Security and also your Firewall? Once done, try to reinstall WeMod App and Verify the integrity files of your Game.
I can try tomorrow morning, in bed atm. I will post results in here once I know.
Ok, reinstalling WeMod worked, sort of. It crashes when I use it to launch the game, but once the game is already running and I try wemod, it now works. Odd
