Hi i tried to open a ticket the other day on an issue where i have a game true steam and it is called x y edition but in the trainer the only version of that game with that excact name was on a different plattform than the one i have it through so i was trying to clarify if that was some naming mistake and if that the steam version of the trainer would work for my game despite the naming error. But the bot misunderstood my question as a request for an trainer for the non steam plattform version of the game and closed my ticket.
