The first time everything was fine, on the next launch WeMod denied the game crash. After reinstalling too. Game version 1.98 Steam. Older versions of the trainer show the same problem 🙂

Got it. Have you attempted launching the game initially on steam, waiting until you can freely navigate within the game world, and then opening the mods by clicking PLAY on WeMod App?

My basic procedure is this: I buy the game, install it, run it classically so I know how many tables I'll have to dig through, and only then run the game via WeMod. Sometimes it happens that I have to exe. to deliver the file manually, but in this case everything went as it should.

#

I run the game via wemod. a table appears where I have to press play, then it shows the start of the game and at that moment it crashes.

Hi, do you still receive this message when starting the game first? Please start the game and press the “Play” button on Wemod only when you have reached the main menu to see if it changes anything. If it still crashes, please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam.

when I start the game via WeMode, it won't even let me into the game's main menu. And yes, the error message still appears, even after checking the integrity of the files via Steam.

interesting, I'm going to try it.. I didn't think of this 🙂

zenith tartan
# dull sphinx nope.

I see. try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Local Files tab. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps. Make sure to use the most recent trainer version, which you can check by going to the Mods version under Mod settings.

Are you using any other mods besides WeMod?

no

Aight, It could be your antivirus interfering. If you haven't already, try adding exceptions for the following folders in your antivirus software:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

I don't have a classic antivirus program only integrated into win 11, does this also apply to this case?

Yes, please try to exclude them from your Win Security and see if it made any changes.

I really appreciate you trying to help me, but I guess I'm not meant for it 🙂

zenith tartan
# dull sphinx nope.

It looks like the error message has changed now. Please try to find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC. Also, delete WeMod from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.

Download and install the WeMod offline installer: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

Hi! the trainer is #21 in the queue for updating. You can view the queue list by navigating to Creators > Queue within the WeMod app. If you want to receive a notification once the trainer has completed its update, hit the Notify me button on the trainer within the WeMod app. Also, if you’re a Pro member, you can influence its queue status using Boost.
