So most of the useful functions trigger for a split second and then turn off again. There is also the issue with the conflicting keybinds for the game and wemod. The ones i have turned on are the only ones that work. Also the no fatigue opetion is also not working even tho its on.

It would be nice if the buttons could also be changed because most of the function keys are being used ingame and cant be changed. They are conflicting with each other

if the issue persists, Try to verify integrity files on epic games. Open the Epic Games Launcher >Find the game in your Epic Games Library >Click the three dots on the right side of the game line>Select Manage>Click the Verify button>Wait for validation to complete. It may take a while to verify all your files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps. Make sure to use the most recent trainer version, which you can check by going to the Mods version under Mod settings.
