Did you have WeMod installed previously?

i only deleted it 10 minutes prior because it was being faulty

Okay, Try deleting these folder locations if they exist

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Then restart your PC and try using this .exe after. If that doesn't work post the setup log that gets provided again.
