So it doesn't occur on every game. The "Update pending" is normal due to the game having a massive update, so the trainer is being updated

What games does the "These mods are not compatible" message appear on?

That's because the developers updated their anti-cheat to crash the game if it detects WeMod open, and WeMod can't bypass it

So the trainer has been marked as incompatible
