Hi everyone, im currently wrking on a Minecraft mod based in the Lambent Pandemic, just finished the Drone and im yet to finish all the others in the future!

A few years ago when I tried Minecraft for a few days, a friend of mine made me a Dizzy skin. It was pretty cool!

Ty so much, even if i never have played a gow game (besides gears pop 💀 ) I really like the saga and their characthers, and what better way to give it the respect it deserves by bringing back to live one of the fearest enemy in the saga!

I’m not versed in Minecraft. What am I looking at here?

Not being rude, just want an understanding. I can tell it’s some humanoid due to the hands and feet. Is it a drudge?

Oh like those infection mods?

if so

i recommend the best way to make your infection mod stand out is how can you balance the mobs without being a cake walk to fight or to fucking hard that its not fun

i think thats the biggest issue with most infection mods they over doo it because they try to compete with other infection mods

I’ve never found infection games fun honestly. Given the only ones I’ve played are halo zombies matches, but they just don’t seem entertaining to me

ah with MC infection mods its alot different from most zombie games and modes

for a TLDR

Theres a mod thats basically based off the Thing film

and whathappens after a few days the alien will crash onto your world

after it does it will burrow

after a few more days itll start to kill mobs and each mob it kills

will turn into a thing monster

and if they die to other mobs their blood and body parts infect the blocks

and most mods have stages

Makes sense. Move fast and cleanse as you go or risk loosing to much ground and the snowball effect becomes irreversible

its not that they arent fun its just the balance is so wild for them alot of the time

thats why i brought it up to them to make sure you balance the fuck out of them to stand out

This Minecraft mode is based in the Lambent pandemic of the Gears of war universe (Also inspired in another minecraft mod "Dawn Of The Flood")
-- What this means?--
The infection will be started by the player if he reaches deepslate levels in the overworld, you can found large biomes of Imulsion where Polyps and other infected creatures room around, in time they will start spawning in the surface and Lambent Locust will generate.
The player must stop the Lambent before it reaches a critical mass!
But this will come in a great cost...
