I got a issue and i want to contact critcal support i tried it ingame but it doesn't work for me (Pictures below). I need to contact critcal support as soon as possible. I would be greatful for help. Please help me contact support because many people tried helping me but no one really did.

It didint appear. I pressed a artical "i recived a ban" i wrote much but everytime i write something it just redreshes its not a flowing text

I have had the same issue for almost two weeks. I have also followed the support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00), but I still haven’t been able to get a ticket or start a conversation

Ive already told you before that your own visible match history is not what the devs are able to see. Your history gets deleted much sooner
Like Hero has already mentioned, that means the current workload is yet not finished. Try the same thing at a later time
I’ve heard from friends who have already spoken with the developers that they said the history may no longer be available, if I remember correctly.
