In game username is not available after changing it

I used to play as Aashiq, I changed my username to Vizag and now when I'm trying to use it again it saying no names allowed, but whole community knows me with that name

Why the game allowed me before to put this ign when it's not allowed?

This is the most likely scenario.

I suggest you contact ingame support about this. They may not directly be able to change the blacklist, but they can make a ticket of it so that other devs can look into it

How is the blacklist created? it doesn't sound/look like anything bad (at least in english)
