First of all there are not any other server except these 2 which are basically useless. And now am having 280 ping on my own server which is crazy.
I have tried reinstalling, Resetting my router but still same issue persist. Till yesterday it was all good but from today it is 270.

Same problem yesterday was good now it's 300+ on my own server which I used to play on 13ms. Look into the issue
