Already issue has been noted by devs,they need some time regarding the situation.Also it's the network operator providing cheap quality data connectivity.

Switch to Airtel fiber or airfiber , idk about Airtel cellular

But ppl are getting good pings in other games like COD, BGMI and Genshin Impact

Jio cellular. Okla speed test is showing 72.8 mbps download speed and ping 65 ms. It's Cops game issue.

when using speedtest:

  • you are not on the same servers as CF. You are on Speedtests servers. They can vary in general quality and speeds
  • Speedtest connects you to one of their testservers that’s nearest to you, and they have plenty. Critical Ops doesn’t have plenty, they have 2-4 servers per region only. Speedtest has (according to their own website), over 15,000 test servers globally
  • Speedtest connects you to the nearest server your Internet Service Provider has access to, but that doesnt include the routing to where the actual CF datacenter is located (and that routing is where the problem lies majority of the time). The mbps you are shown are essentially the "best case scenario".

It's already been stated " jio cellular and fiber network quality is trash" you might be getting speed and good ping but each game has it's own server routing and delay in speed .

Even you have proper ping and speed . It doesn't mean all games works the same

Looks like you didn't know about the news regarding jio? Search for "why jio is facing latency and high ping issues recently" you will get to know why. I also have jio airfiber connection. Cops is not responsible for that issues we all indians are facing .I have done my research regarding the issue

You guys can go through all the details regarding the situation
P.s : nothing changes and devs cant fix the issues . Because it's happening from our network providers side who can't afford a quality connection to maintain stable connectivity .

Why stressing over 2gb game . Wait for next update if nothing changes quit already

From my understanding and play a lot of games the ping is fine everywhere else. Let's give devs some time to fix it.

Servers are working fine might need some maintenance or improvement , but facing high ping issues. I don't think dev gonna respond regarding this query . Because I raised these same query in-game and discord few months back

Neigel responded saying it's the routing issues from your network operators . Game doesn't have anything to do with that, so I switched to airtel after researching and now the game runs fine .

Some people are getting good ping by using bsnl. While some are getting good pings by using VI. So it's different for different ppl

First they cut down the number of servers from four to just one, and now it feels like they’re opting for the cheapest, lowest quality servers possible. The performance is garbage and the ping is all over the place.
Just give us one or two decent servers in India already. This one server nonsense is a joke and the performance is terrible.
