Hi Critical Ops Support team,

I’m writing again because I’m really desperate to get my old Critical Ops account back. I’ve played this game for years, spent real money on it, and I can’t describe how bad it feels to lose everything I worked for.

My main account information:
• Nickname (latest): bmw is love
• Older nickname: monika x
• Clan: 9Sea
• Email / Apple ID: Gpechkata8@gmail.com
• Rare skin: AUG Golden Mantis (plus other premium skins I purchased)
• Platform: iOS (used to play mostly on iPad)
• Account level: I don’t remember the exact level, but I had high rank and long play history.

The account was connected to my Apple ID and Game Center, but after I recovered my Apple ID, the game started from the tutorial again. I didn’t create a new account intentionally — I just want my old one back.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the iPad I used to play on (I sold it), so I don’t have my old videos and screenshots, but I can describe everything from memory.
I had my own clan, 9Sea, with friends I played with every day, and I had several purchased skins and weapons.

Please, I really hope you can verify my ownership and help me restore this account. I love Critical Ops and have been part of the community for years. Losing all that progress and all the money I’ve spent is really painful.

I hope you get it back although based on the history i have with the game and dealing with devs you are most likely not getting it back because A) they do not reset links to accounts so u can link new ones, and B) even if they did you still need to have a way to login yourself, they cant login for you.

Only thing i can say is if the appleid led to an empty account its probably the wrong link attempt. Could it have been using the game center of the same appleid account? (Not the appleid link itself in cops)
