I have a one plus pad 2, it has a snap 8 gen 3 easily runs 120 on other games but on this game I'm capped at 60 for some reason, high performance is enabled anyone can help?

Other games like delta force support my 120 don't know why c ops is doing this cus I had a ipad pro 2017 the gpu is like 8x worse but it ran 120

Hey so basically, I searched around and most of these fps issues can be fixed through developer mode on andriod and "forced frame rate" or smth like that
But for reason lot of one plus devices struggle with this as I searched online it was on some forms on the one plus website about the issue
For me I found something outside of developer mode called "app specific refrsh rate" and you would be like of course it was on 60
The weird thing was that the refresh was literally on 120hz, I tuned it to 144 and turned on the built in fps counter and it had it the whole way and then all of a sudden i was able to change my frames higher then 60, when I switched back to 120 the 120 option still remained which was weird since before it wasn't there even though I was on the 120 app specific refresh option
