Subject: Device Whitelist Request for 90 FPS (Realme RMX3636)

Hello Critical Force Team,

I have been an avid Critical Ops player and enjoy the game immensely.
I recently upgraded to the Realme RMX3636 (Realme 11 4G) with 128 GB storage, which features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate and is powered by the capable MediaTek Helio G99 platform.
However, the game remains capped at 60 FPS, limiting the performance potential.

Device model: Realme RMX3636 (Realme 11 4G), 128 GB storage
Display: 6.4″ Super AMOLED, 90 Hz refresh rate
Chipset: MediaTek Helio G99
Android version: Android 15 (Realme UI 6.0)

Please consider adding this device to the high-FPS whitelist to allow players to enjoy the full hardware capabilities.

Thank you for your consideration.
Best regards.

c-ops supports the amount of refresh rate that your device can give. So if nothing is working then your device is not able to give you 90 fps in c ops

This could the interrupt within the device settings try to check ur settings that disable 90fps from settings such as (battery saving mode,Screen Saving Mode,Power Management Settings)

If your phone stopped using a high refresh rate after an update (like Android 15), the manufacturer probably turned that option off. Try these two things:

Look in Display or Refresh rate settings and re-enable the higher refresh rate.

Contact your phone maker to ask if the update removed or limited that feature.

# oblique raptor Example Brawl Stars giving 90Fps to my device

try this

Go via settings -> apps -> manage apps -> "⫶" (top right corner) -> show all apps -> search "battery" -> battery and performance -> clear data -> clear all data -> press Ok

If this still doesn’t work, you may end the recording for both Critical Ops and Brawl Stars videos that are experiencing separate limited FPS issues, and then contact Critical Ops support.

Open the Settings â–¶ Tap Help â–¶ Select a relevant article and follow the troubleshooting steps â–¶ If the issue persists, the "Contact us" option will appear at the bottom to talk to get in touch with the devs
