The situation as in the video happens very often. This situation is only in Critical OPS, not in any other game (Standoff2 and so on)

It's not supposed to work at that resolution, so they won't even bother trying to fix the glitches.

no, it happens with regular res too. its a bug people encounter at times but nobody really reports it

How do you even have stretched res?

I went into Developer Mode in the phone settings and turned on the feature that allows stretching apps like Critical OPS. That's it. There are pros and cons here.
