All purchases are final unfortunately, and the the odds of getting a knife from the crates are displayed clearly, so cf will be doing nothing for your case 🥲
Unless your saying there was a bug and you got nothing from the crates. Did I read your message wrong? If your saying a bug happened, report it to in game support!

It bugged like, I opened over 100 cases. Only got a few skins and I have no idea where the rest of them are.
I mean mby I there is a lagg and I will get them later? Or then some of the skins just disappeared. That’s very nice.

U can ask refund at Google play and they will refund it.

Refund is of course an option. That means all the items opened will be removed from your account.
