The game is unable to connect to any server. The response takes too long to arrive.
This is related to the other issue you have open where you could not see any servers on server selection.
At this point it comes down to from where are you trying to connect, what type of connection you are using, if any other parameters like VPN is included.
If you could spell out your in-game name. I could check if there is any info on the games side.
Some players have suggested that
1.1.1.1 + WARP has improved their connection. It might be worth trying.

Based on the information I see it suggest you are in Custom game room. So you managed to connect to the game?
Could you possibly expand on what type of device you are using?

the connection is very inconsistent, one day I can play (on de server) another day I can't even log in.
I'm using iPad 9th gen I think and connected to my house WiFi.
connection in game varies from 250 - 600 ping
🤔 It seems not everything is working as expected. At this point all I can speculate is that something is hindering the connection between your iPad and the game.
Because we don't know where you are trying to connect and how the internet get routed. Unable to suggest any solutions.
is there a way where you can force my account to use an Asia server?
Unfortunately, no. Your device and Asia server don't seem to be able to communicate. Forcing to connect to them won't fix that issue.
I'm facing the same issue
so am I stuck with this issue forever or are the developers trying to come up with a solution?

Is there any way you could record the issue?
Rather than just a camera picture, make sure the status bar is present during recording. While provided, can you play other games?

@keen matrix Could try to enter the game, goto Settings, Help, and start a conversation with the in-game support. It would help us with the investigation.
I can see that end of 2024 you were able to play on other than EU but since 1.48.0 something has changed.
Also we were wondering if you have tried to play on another device recently?
We suspect it has to do with the connection one way or another. This might be it is the connection(s) you use, provider in between, game's providers.
Maybe you have firewall or VPN. Or your service provider. That you could check.
same issue with me i use vpn and i try change services but i still in loading screen
I only use my iPad to play as I have no other apple device to log in the game.
i had already turned off my firewall last week when the issue first started.
I already did reach out to support and got a response.

I reviewed the extra information from the support ticket. Clearly something is preventing communication between the game client you have and our servers.
Given that we majority of the players from the same region don't have the same issue. It seems somehow isolated.
Do you have any other device that could run C-OPS?
Android or Apple will suffice. Just create a new account, login, play a match. Ping the userid here.
This would help narrow if there is somethin on the account, device, network.
sadly , I don't have another device. my phone is always laggy when I play ☹️
You would only login and maybe join a room. We want to see if servers show up on your phone to try to narrow the issue.

You can just make a fresh/new account => Login as Guest

So the servers look normal on the OPS-account on phone.
If you look at the tablet what is situation on that?
Are the phone and tablet on the same connection? (please double check and ensure you don't have both wifi + mobile active at the same time)

they are both connected to the same WiFi yet my phone doesn't seem to have an issue. I have tried using data for both , but the results are the same.
Alright, so the tablet + main account you have an issue.
On the phone + with OPS account nothing.
And with wifi being the connection for both.
The best guess at this point is that the tablet or something on it causes the issue. Just no idea what could it be 🤔
