We played a match and we won, i stayed in gold1 and my friend up to silver 4, we played again i fall to silver4 and my friend Stay in silver 4. How can i go from Gold1 with 1 win to silver4?

You simply have more games played which reduces the amount of rating you gain, and increases loss of rating. However your friend probably have a lower number of games played.

The rating you gain or lose from a game depends on your rank and the opponents rank. Since you and your friend played against the same opponent, you lose more points when you lose and get less points than your friend when you win.
