Some of those buy request were filled and you received multiple animations and skins.
You still have 22 buy request set for Animations. When setting up buy request it reserves the Credits for that request.
If you would like to free up those Credits you can cancel the buy requests from Marketplace > your buy requests.

i bought credits for animation
and i did a lot of buy requests for animation
when game refresh i lost my a lot of credits
some of these refunded
but when i join the game i had a 7500 credit
but i started to make buy requests with 17000 or something
maybe 16000
i get 4 animation
but they worth 1635 credits
i have still 7500 credits plus 1635 not equal 16000
i swear i have no idea whats going on please help me 😦

- OPEN your Buy Requests
- Third button from top on the right side of the screen
- REMOVE BUY REQUESTS you see there to free up your Credits

Yep, original issue fixed where the credits stuck on buy requests are now freed up.
There was also refund
Gold offer 8000 Cr + standard cases on 12th Dec. It was refunded on 18th Dec.
The refund removed 8000 Credits and a lot of skins.
They also bought another Gold offer 18th Dec which was few hours before the refund.

Every time you win a match, there is a chance for it to pop up
So just play and win games until it automatically appears. When it appears it stays available for 6 hours I think
