Ranked match

I can't join ranked matches? I'm a new player. I have got xp 10 but when I press on ranked match it takes me to homescreen and shows an endless timer which never stops untill I exit and reopen the game.
How to fix it? 😭

@maiden spade Can you elaborate? If you click on ranked, it returns you to the homescreen and then starts counting, that's correct, it starts finding a match and you need to wait some time - it can take up to a few minutes, if it takes too long then try changing your region
