I’m unsure what happens if one was to leave after (e.g.) 5 rounds. Are they counted toward the total or not, I’d I’ve to know the answer.

I'm lost aswell now, so the entire community is trying to play as many games of wingman so the entire community can get 1 of two og skins?

5 million Wingman rounds completed = every participant (The people who played wingman games) gets a free rewind case

20 million Wingman rounds completed = every participant (The people who played wingman games) gets a free random classic agent

40 million Wingman rounds completed = every participant (The people who played wingman games) gets a free classic agent to complete their set

So in the end, if all three milestones are reached, all participants will have been given both classic agents.
