Your permanent ban and your screenshot suggest the reason on your profile is „cheating or 3rd party software“, that’s your answer, either way, your best bet of discussing your ban is thru ingame support:
Open the game → Settings → Help → Press the chat button in the top right → Explain your issue in detail.
