Recently i got perma banned for marketplace abuse which wasnt well investigated & misplaced, but the bigger problem is that i need to play worlds championship which i was already registered in the tourney and playing the qualifiers for my team, now i cant play anymore because of that and my team got harmed by this situation , but ive seen some pros getting perma banned and unbanned then, thats why i want to Talk with an dev if we can revert this situation , btw when i contact the support in game Kir always send the same message and dont care what im talking at all.
