I am unable to watch all ads for free credits it stops on 9 aur 5 every time and I'm unable to complete all my 10 free ads for free credits

I'll preface by stating that the in-game communication could be more precise and informative.
The main challenge is that Critical Ops depends on 3rd party ad providers to have an ad to display. There is no guarantee that there is an ad to be displayed. The greyed out state pretty much says no ad available for you at the moment, come back later.
