Bans are never issued for "no reason". Bans are issued to those who violate the Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct:

Above all: we do not handle these matters on any social media platform (so also not here on Discord).
All you can do is reinstall/clear data and start playing fair with a new account, you won't be able to play with your permanently banned account.
