the thing that weird me out is the UI is different than mine. tho you may try to re-login:

-make sure you logout in to chrome
-make sure you delete the Facebook app or application (just in case)

go to Safari and go to Facebook make sure you log out your Facebook account
go to the critical ops link Facebook and put your info

settings > safari > (scroll down) > advanced > website data > press edit remove facebook.com
