It will reset depending on the time you last watched ads, after 24 hours it may reset
Like if you watched your 10th AD at 10pm, it won't reset at 12am but will reset 24hours later

Yes it takes upto 48hours for your credits to deliver
I may suggest waiting for all the credits to be delivered to you until you watch more Ads
