and have you tried setting the max framerate higher than 60 in the settings?
#my phone 120 hz but c ops is only available in 60hz

perhaps the game is not optimized for it yet.
try contacting the devs about it either through an ingame support ticket, the support email or the helpshift website.
Tell them which device you are on and that 120fps is supported for it in other games and hear what they say.
