It happened to me this afternoon and this morning when I was playing the game and with the microphone "muted" people were listening to me, and this morning talking about something private and personal, and the people in the chat were warning me, well the truth is it really angers me that a bug like this that violates user privacy is in the game...

In the screenshot you posted you have outgoing voice chat set to Push To Talk, just don't set a key for the Push to talk and your group will not be able to hear you.
