I bought this game yesterday but I have this loading screen problem which I am unable to fix... I tried everything on the internet... Please let there be someone which had the same problem

Maybe the problem is with steam, as the login platform. There's a trick where you can delete some steam files but not the game files and trick it into reinstalling itself by running the executable

I'm not sure exactly but you can search Reinstall steam but not games, or something and people clarify

Log out and re-login to steam. Verify game files integrity through right clicking the game, or the 3 dots next to the ‘launch’ button. Should either be in ‘manage’ or ‘properties’ under ‘game files’. Once thats done, try launching the game and trying again. If that does not work, open up command prompt by right clicking and accessing using the ‘owner access’ that has the blue and gold shield next to it. Press yes, allow changes to your device. Once in command prompt, click on the lowest line if you are not already there, and type in exactly how I comment this - sfc /scannow . This will initiate a system file corruption scan, checking your system directly to see if you have any direct PC problems, and if your files are corrupt it will automatically fix what it finds.
If all that fails, Im unsure of any other worth-saying, probable fixes, but I would try re-installing the game at that point.

I did a fresh install of Windows and that fixed it
The problem was that the EULA did not show up, thats why it keeps freezing

Nah its fine. When I bought this pc it had already pre installed windows from the previous owner so I always had in mind to do a fresh install
