NOT GETTING ITEMS FROM CAMPAIGNS

have completed the entire campaign yet still i can't access the free items
this problem is with multiple different free items also . i have restarted but still there or is this for special items only found in battle pass?

Can you confirm which free item(s) you are missing?

The one you have highlighted (Tenosia Cresent Twin) is correctly showing up as a paid item. You can see it does not have the "Free" tag as the armour or gold does in the campaign progress window.
