Were you in a party and the host searched for another game? Before the update it was no problem. Now when u get moved to another game it often gives you that autentication timed out message. Very annoying.

Yes that is what im saying. If the host leave the game you are still in his party and will be pulled in to the game he search for. Then you will get the authentication message shit. Before that didnt happen.
If host stay in the same game and not search you into another one it dont happen.

If you're not in the main menu with them, you will likely lag out. If you are in main menu, you will both lag out the second match.

Again, not what happened. We did it properly, like every time. I joined the party, we were both in the main menu, he queued, I got "accused" of having a cheat on, he went into the game.
