Cant see weapon cosmetics at all

I've tried different things now on computer to get the zweihander that I wanted. (the preorder one which I bought 2 days ago) For 2 days I've not found a way to see it in gameplay, I've tried all tips on reddit and different posts in general how to change cosmetics. But it has not solved my issue. It works for the armors but nothing works for the weapons, so I'm mister standard loadout andy running around with standard stuff 😦

Hey there!

Please provide a single, unbroken video of the following to verify the issue;

1. Show yourself equipping the greatsword skin on the chosen class in the armoury

2. Joining a game as the chosen class

3. Throwing the greatsword and picking it back up

Please attach this when you are able 🙂

Will the issue with the weapons having to be thrown to change the skin be fixed in the next patch?

Not something the moderators have insight into, I always recommend reading the patch notes when they're released 🙂

Apologies if you are not on PC or if you have already tried this, but the only way I have been able to fix this issue is to delete all the contents of "C:\Users*username*\AppData\Local\Chivalry 2\Saved\Cloud", then redo all cosmetic choices... I've had to do it twice, and it's a time consuming pain; but it did work.

Does it go back to normal as soon as you pick it up, or the next time you die and respawn?
