First thank you for any and all new chivalry content, this game is great. However Bridgetown and Montcrux are noticeably less creative and basic, and almost feel like map concepts. Montcrux itself is great visually, but tunnels in walls? Not bringing walls down like Kingdom of Heaven? The pathing isn't freeform enough. I cannot understand why there isn't one more objective where Agathian players go into the tower to kill the remaining Tenosians in Coxwell fashion.

Bridgetown's final objective of tossing the nobles out of windows is great. The worst part of the map is where you have to quickly destroy merchants booths. Didn't really feel like we sacked anything, and the village opening and bridge objective aren't good.

The best maps are easily ones with subtle narratives or stories in them, Chivalry 1 was really good at this I feel. The objectives are a big part of that creativity. Galencourt is great, I'd like a follow up map where Argon takes it back. The gunpowder plot? Battle on the Ice? Evensham? What about civil-war ala Richard vs Henry? You have Templar stuff, Battle of Montgisard? Just don't lose creativity, there's so much to pull from and things players can do in-game. Bridgetown and Montcrux are too simple. I've bought every campaign, I'll continue to support you, but please take into consideration some of the feedback.

Also can you shrink heroes down to normal size? The giant thing's always been weird.

Also on Montcrux, there's no foot step sounds and people glow red from time to time

i agree. Montcrux should have a VIP at the end. A Tenosian VIP

Every map they released except Thayic Stronghold has been a disappointment, Tenosia has a faction his clearly lacking "Soul", the voice acting is notably bad, and their armor set looks all the same, only Askandir is somewhat decent. I would have hoped they bring back chiv 1 classic like Citadel or Cistern, but they keep on releasing Tenosian map

100%. I enjoy a good role play. The subtle narratives are important. I do enjoy Bridgetown. I’m not enjoying montcrux. It feels empty and lacking. The climbing or working your way up was already done with thayic. Not to say this couldn’t be done again but I would have like to see some newer objectives. Maybe even the usage of a trebuchet utilizing teamwork ( to work it ) other than the same push. And how about some hot oil as an option instead of the ballistas. Maybe even a elite unit of tenosian at the top that have a unique weapon and you have to not only kill them but them hang their heads on an upper floor of spears to show the retaking of the castle before the time runs out.

Montcrux felt short somehow. Like I felt it was missing 2-3 stages.

Montcrux just seems like a map concept. It doesn't feel real. Like a demo. @fervent jetty that's the type of creativity I mean. Put us in the role.

There is clearly room for more objectives on that map without heavily reworking it. Like securing the bridges before the carts move over them, or a bridge on one side and a rock barricade on the other. I see trenches there -- surely a little capture point would be nice. The castle is really underused - destroying some catapults or trebuchets on the battlements, another capture point, and the Agathians could be tasked with bringing explosives to the towers from a central stash for the towers.

The portculis objective is ten minutes long! That just feels like padding to me.

Raising the Agathian flag over the castle should be the final stage.
