courtyard broken spawn stand alone duels

Tell me if I'm the only one experiencing this and it's not in every time occurrence but the main spawn on courtyard in the dual lobbies is glitching out so that it won't let me even move let alone attack somebody so someone is able to basically just kill farm off of me. The only way out is to suicide and hope that it doesn't happen again.
