votekick is inherently flawed because it's constrained by who is voting

Thats a ban as well for kick abuse which honestly would either make people stop doing it in the first place with an increased ban time or it might just stay the same. Its not ez to get rid of that stupidity.

yeah it is worth noting that kick abuse is a bannable offense if someone pops a listplayers and gets a screenshot to report with

My only issue with is people abusing the votekick just to kick someone out of the server for no reason

I can just enjoy dueling with people til someone just votekicks me either because I'm about to win or the person that's votekicking is a griefer/rdmer.
