Hate to state the obvious but you guys need to do your job and fix your game, the state of EU duel servers is unplayabale with hackers and ddosing. Chivmail does absolutely nothing against hackers and ddos since they have loads of accounts. I hope you take this feedback onboard and fix your game. 🤙🤙🤙🔥🔥🔥❌❌❌

IP banning is ineffective. Would need to at least hwid ban and I'm pretty sure a not insubstantial portion of the cheaters in EU are capable of hwid spoofing in a way which EAC doesn't prevent gameplay for

VPNs are cheap and a lot of people have VPNs for normal daily use without any particular malicious intent

My opinion on the downside to IP banning is those on VPN and switching their IP which is the most obvious one

yeah, the whole point of using a VPN is that you're routing your traffic through alternative public endpoints which means alternative public IPs

they shift the domain of trust from your ISP to the VPN provider rather than being an inherently comprehensive privacy solution, but it's more than good enough for dealing with IP grabbing weirdos while playing video games and, if you're lucky, finding an endpoint you get better routing to than your standard ISP routing to the nearest major networking hub

They aren't capable of fixing. The entire game is literally the code equivalent of spaghetti.

Devs don't interact with the community, no community manager (which they failed at even when there WAS one) and discord moderators who predominantly spend their time gaslighting the community when presented with said issues, and others.

not really. EAC was pretty bad to begin with, but the game pass version of chiv just doesn't have anti-cheat outright and is on PC, so you have a version of the game with no anti-cheat as well as what is considered one of the easiest to bypass anti-cheats

This might have gotten me off chivalry for good. Guy was backstabbing people and started crying when I killed him, then he pressed my disconnect button. If hackers have this amount power I'm just gonna become another example of how hackers kill a game's playerbase.
