I think there’s just no population with crossplay off. Me and the HKG guys used to turn crossplay off to get private LTS matches when it was limited time and it worked if we had enough people present.
It’s essentially just a way to get private lobbies as the vast majority of the remaining population plays w crossplay

I didn't know that this was possible to find a server when you guys are turning off crossplay.
Sadly on my end, not that many people on Playstation turn their's off.
I mean I think it would be nice to turn off crossplay and have both Playstation and Xbox players instead
