I have friends in California, Colorado and New York that all report the same issues. Half our games are like this at best. The game is unplayable on series x majority of the time. I have very fast internet with zero issues in other games and i've played on every server I can find with the same problem. I'm posting a link because the video is over the discord size limit.

I see something similar on the PC, almost exclusively in the US matchmaking servers. For me these issues started toward the end of June.
I was originally led to believe my issues were network/ISP related. I've since had ISP technicians out 2 times, but each time they tell me that the connection is working as expected and there is no packet loss

Yeah, I can see its the exact same. You aren't the first that i've heard being told its an ISP issue. I'm VERY familiar with networking and can say with confidence that it isn't an internet related issue at all (at least for me) and to be told it is seems a lot like pushing the problem to the side.
My friends are having this same issue and they're on opposite sides of the country with different ISPs. That means that excuse is out by process of elimination. There WAS NO issue before the update. Now there is, period.
