Shield on back can't block throwing knives

It can block arrows, crossbow bolts, fucking ballista bolts but not throwing knives. Please fix.

if you have a shield on your back it isn't functional it only works if you have it in your hand and if you block with it

This is intentional design. I think I remember a dev talking about how they didn't want shields to passively block non arrow projectiles.

shields will passively block anything shot from a bolt or string, not anything thrown. This is for balance reasons since ballista can 1 shot you and bows are strong enough as it is, while throwing weapons usually down you unless thrown by an ambusher.

hence why mallet, javelin, throwing axe and throwing knife bypass passive shield
