It would be nice to know how much teamdamage makes each player, with no need of votekick him to see it.
This is one of the things that Chiv1 did very good and Chiv2 is not doing it good.

Just give anonimously the power to kill him by fire of else when you got knocked of tked, then we have a real choice : forgive or punish. After X punishments, the guys would be automatically kicked from the server.

it would be fun and fair, if we can't know how much teamdamage each player has, it should exists a system to kick them easily, and if is authomatic would be so good
