try cleaning up your saved configuration directory, it can be found at:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Chivalry2\Saved

backup the SAVED folder by copying it elsewhere, then deleting it

also have you tried verifying game files or reinstalling?

Thanks for reaching out! I just made a backup on the "SAVED" folder and deleted the original one. And yeah i have tried both reinstalling and verifying the game files but none of that worked. But i will try to run the game now

are you playing on WiFi?
perhaps you can open up a command prompt window and type:
"ping google.com -t"

then play the game...and notice if your ping increases whenever there are these network hitches while playing

I just tried this and my ping didn't change at all. It goes between 4-8-12 but never above that, it was the same when i had the command prompt ping google in the background while playing

I didn't have this issue before the winter update, could it be some file that ended up in the wrong place? i have the game both on steam and epic but i have tried only using one client, yet the issue still remains...

you don't have a VPN or anything? do you have any IP address redirects in your drivers file?

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Nope, it gets a little warmer when i start the game but it dosen't increase after that. I use Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 Ti and 11th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) I7- 11700F 2.5GHz, 8 cores

Its wierd because i didn't have any issues at all before the winter update. Also, my game crashes almost every 10 min or so

Seems like desync issues which is server sided. No way to fix it unfortunately not on your hand.

Last clip is from a tourney, and to my knowledge it wasn't experienced by the other players. But it is true that the servers cause these desyncs for everyone sometimes, but i get them alot more frequent for some reason.

Like if i were to duel you right now, i would get desyncs in less than 5 minutes. I demonstrated this for the event holder in tbb, it is really my client.

I’m very certain its an optimization issue, i never had any issues before the winter update.

With the update, i'm glad to say that this issue has finally been solved. I'm happy
