Just on a whim, could you try reinstalling the game (when you're done your session for today)
For some other UI related stuff this causes it to pop up so I'm wondering if that will do the same here

Thanks for posting the screenshots and videos here, it does appear to be an issue with the premium pass and we're currently looking at including a fix for it in an upcoming hotfix (not ETA, still working our way through collecting any other post-patch issues). Unfortunately there is no user fix for it right now, so you can't do anything to make it work on your end.

just wanted to add to this, seems to be working for me, bought the premium pass as it came out, while the xp bug was ongoing, however I am unlocking the premium items in contrast to what is shown here

and it's only the premium ones he has locked, unless you have already confirmed he has purchased premium

Just thought I’d add, I’m on epic games, I bought the 1000 crowns then purchased the battle pass but I do still get the open store option in game
perhaps if we can figure if muni is on epic games, that way we can wittle it down to a bug with epic
because all my steam friends had no problem with it

Wondering if this is the sticking point, how did you purchase it @blazing goblet did you just click on it in the "Featured" tab and it auto purchased or did you get it a different method
check if there's any transaction in your purchase history
I purchased it in-game from the store tab, bought the crowns as I did not have them at first, and then bought the pass in-game
I had the crowns in my account from when I got the King's Edition, so no purchase

restarted it 3 times, nothing changed
I just noticed that on your "timeline" of unlockables there's no lock icon on the premium items, whereas mine still has them. Further giving credence to the theory that the battle pass isn't counting as "purchased" on my end.
Sadly this looks like a dead end, on EGS and I had the crowns already and purchased it just by clicking on it accidentally and it looks to be unlocked as Yungs is
I wonder if it makes a difference whether on Steam or not.

This is not where you see XP gain. You see it on the main menu.
You do not appear to have the bug this thread is about.

Take a screenshot of your main menu please
You have gained XP towards it, you have 213 XP to go until it levels.
(You can read this in the Winter War box there)
Be advised that the progress bar doesn't fill as you gain XP, it moves when you level it up. So each level will move the number 1/40th of the way
I don't have the option to purchase the premium pass on pc, I open the store and it shows a bundle and stuff I already purchased
If you are on PC, reinstall the game. This fixed it for another user

Alright as I said was jw, I am not that concerned because they seem to be on top of those fixes regarded the winter pass.
So I guess I am not the only one having this issue! Premium purchased but the items in the Battlepass are still locked even though I am above the level required.

In your second image the battlepass isn't visible there (it should be to the left of the gladiator bundle, see attached image)
Verifying the game files or reinstalling the game should make that reappear at least- though it's unlikely this will make the items unlock it's worth a shot in your case.
Other players who have reported the pass not unlocking premium items haven't had that problem
Oh, you are right. That is strange. First time I have seen it not being shown. I restarted teh client and it reappeared.
But yeah. Weapons still locked although premium and above level required.

Correct yeah, per the pinned post in this thread there's no user end solution, something TB needs to fix on their end.
I still have yet to receive the premium unlocks, it may be a bug but also seems like theft to me

Why come out with premium if it’s just not gonna work at all?
It does seem to work for the majority of players, it's strange that it's affecting people regardless of platform though.
TB has said they're looking into it though, it's just bad timing that this was discovered Thursday morning (and replied to by them the same day within an hour) before leaving the office for the weekend.
Can’t be that much of a vast majority as this thread keeps growing. We’ve been politely robbed and it’s bs, imagine implementing a battle pass that doesn’t even work lmao. Leaves the office for the weekend ffs the incompetency. Drops an update which causes multiple major bugs then leaves the office 😂 the absolute state. Imagine trying to make excuses for this.
So far 25 people in the thread have reported it, there's definitely more people that have been affected by it than just those who have posted here- but yes it does seem to be working for the majority of players.

I understand the frustration about buying the battlepass and not getting it, but maybe remember that Devs are people too and do need to have days off at some point. Unfortunately it does seem more common on Xbox than the other platforms, we're not sure why but working as quickly as we can to resolve it!

Does anyone know if anybody has actually gotten their premium unlocks from this? I clicked on the battle pass, not really knowing what it was since I'm pretty new to the game, and said goodbye to 1000 crowns. I'm ok with that, as long as I get what I spent my crowns on. I'm just curious if it's broken for everybody or just a lot of people.
It seems like the majority of users have received their premium track, but I can only base that off the number of reports compared to the number of premium items I've seen others wearing in-game.
I've received mine even though I also accidentally purchased it with a single click so I'm not sure what the trigger is for it not granting properly.
