Did you already own Chiv and purchase special or kings edition through the in-game store?
No through epic games store
Check if you've received the crowns after a restart. If the items + crowns don't appear after a few restarts, check your emails for any code + the receipt from the EGS confirming payment went through. Contact epic games if all else fails
When i've purchased through Epic Games it's taken up to 5 minutes to process
They say I need to contact torn banners studio

I have the email receipt. Restarted several times. Not sure why the items aren't in game or why Kings Edition says its not purchased.

@hexed remnant Thanks! Is there a proper way to submit the ticket? Looking at ChivMail is says to just directly DM. Will this auto populate a ticket? Im new to the discord and processes and what to make sure Ido it right the first time. Appreciate the response.
Yep! Dming will automatically create a ticket that the mods will see, and help you accordingly! 😎

I did. I played a full game/match and that synced up the items.
