I had this problem once

It got fixed after I went back online on steam

But this can mean everything, maybe just really high ping, check your provider status idk

between one of the restarts i thought it got fixed after seeing the main menu

but some of the cosmetics were bugged and game looked awkward to me then i restarted the game and got the same error message again

My originial level was 151 and matchmaking doesnt work
