it infrequently removes anybody except victims or archers. this seems to be something that has a near consensus- as far as how ineffective a system it is.
you're also having console vote on things that theyre literally completely ignorant to half of the time since they cant read chat and theres no votekick reason
this has been a problem since forever and will continue to be a problem forever and it should be addressed

I'm probably the reason you even made this post, but yes, I mostly agree. There should at least be a straightforward dropdown menu, or an option wheel to specify the reason. I don't see why console can't have access to chat, either, considering most other cross-platform multiplayer games have prewritten selectable chats.
