if you hit the head with an arrow should be an instantly headshot. How comes I have to hit the head 2 or 3 times to kill. Let s be more realistic please

Why does a stab thru someone not insta kill them? Game wouldn't be an enjoyable hack n slash if this happened.

This goes against OPs realism request. Just because something is harder to pull off doesn't mean 1 is more lethal than the other. Both a stab thru the chest or an arrow thru the head would be lethal.

If you want to argue "OHK" with arrows, you guys are going about it wrong. Instead of upping the damage only, should present it in a manner that would show the risk vs reward.

Example of it is the longbow vs war bow.
Faster ROF and more ammo vs more dmg and slower draw speed and run speed.

So you guys want OHK.
What are you willing to give up for it?
If you guys say "give us bodkin arrows that deal extra dmg but we only get 7" or "act as archer special" I would be 100% for it. This makes it more likeable and plausible.

But stop with the "realism" argument. It won't help you

I dont care about realism, but archers are not so great.
You Always be more usefull with a knight on the frontline
