I'm assuming you are using it for a horde base and base of operation? I've always just taken over a POI for my base of operations as I need the space for my hording tendacies. I've been selling a lot more of my extra or lower quality stuff this playthrough. I do have 2 boxes full of books though and half a box full of extra schematics....
